On the 24th of November, we have hosted a Thanksgiving Dinner in collaboration with VITA Tilburg and with music from MC Fortissimo! Thanksgiving is the time to count our blessings and say thanks for all that we’ve been blessed with. We shared a delicious cruelty-free 3 course meal together on this special day.

On the 11th of November we invited Timo from Ethical Gains to talk about plant based protein sources. He gave an informative lecture on weight-loss and muscle-gain on a vegan or plant-based diet, and even included his journey to fitness in his talk.

After the midterms week, on the 22nd of October, we held a yoga workshop, led by Bhavya. It was an excellent moment of ease after the exams. As a nice addition to being active, we’ve also learnt a lot about the spiritual and historical backgrounds of yoga.
On the 6th of October, we started a monthly collaboration with International Centre Tilburg. On the 25th of September , we joined the Funky Vegan Festival to promote VSA Tilburg’s missions and values to passersby.
