Sometimes you really need to eat something, but a whole meal is too much. Maybe this snack is something you could grab in stead!
Ingredients:
- 100gr oats
- 70gr raisins
- 30gr plant-based protein powder
- 70gr peanut butter
- 70ml water
- Shredded coconut
Step 1:
Add all the ingredients (except the coconut) to a food processor, and blend!
Step 2:
Form the dough into balls, you can decide how big/small you like them to be.
Step 3:
Roll the balls in the shredded coconut
Step 4:
Enjoy!
