This recipe is for 2 portions (or 1 if you’re really into tofu ahaha)

Ingredients for the tofu:
– 375gr tofu
– 2 tbsp cornstarch
– 1 tbsp oil
– salt to taste

Ingredients for the sauce:
– juice and zest from 1 lemon
– 120ml water
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp agave syrup
– 1 tbsp srirache (we used 2, because we love spice)
– 1 tbsp cornstarch
– 2cm grated ginger
– sesame seeds

To prepare the tofu, cut it into cubes and coat it with the cornstarch, oil and salt.
Then fry in a pan until it’s nice and crispy.

Meanwhile you can combine all the sauce ingredients in a seperate bowl.
You can either heat up the sauce until thick in a pan, and add the tofu later. This will leave the tofu the crispiest.
You can also pour the sauce over the tofu in a hot pan. This would be more the more convenient option.

We plated it with some stirfried bell peppers, garlic and onion, and some rice!
