This banana bread is amazing to impress your friends, family, or just your own tastebuds with! It’s really easy to make, and you can add all kinds of toppings you adore.
Servings: 5-8*
*Servings are different from person to person, this is just an estimate. It also depends on how thick/tall your bread will be
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (we used sunflower oil)
- 1,5 tbsp sugar, or more if you like
- 125 gr flour
- 0,5 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
- Any toppings, for example: almonds, apple, chocolate chips
You also need a fork, spoon, mixing bowl and a cake tin.
Step 1: preheat the oven to 180 °C
Step 2: mix all the ingredients. It’s literally that easy and quick!
Step 3: Put the batter in the cake tin. You can also make them into cupcakes if you prefer that!
Step 4: Bake the banana bread for 30-45 minutes. We recommend you check at the 30 minute mark to see if it’s ready yet. You can do that by sticking a tooth pick in it, it’s ready when the pick comes out clean!
